QuoteSeal ("we", "us", or "our") provides a mobile application for on-site quote confirmation and evidence archiving ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

The App is designed to work offline-first. By default, your business records are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly use a cloud or sync feature when available.

3. Local storage and exports
QuoteSeal stores most operational data on your device using local database and file storage. When you export or share PDFs, evidence packages, or other files, those outputs are handled by your device's operating system share sheet or file system. You control where those files are sent.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- When you choose to share content from the App;
- With service providers that help us operate the App or website (for example hosting or analytics), under appropriate safeguards;
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Data retention
Data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it in the App, uninstall the App, or clear app data using your device settings. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to handle your request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so you should also protect access to your device and backups.

- Export or delete records where the App provides those controls;
